Hi Gio, As users of photo editing apps, we thought you might like some random facts about photography. The coolest person in the room is always the one with the most facts to drop, right? 1. Today, the number of photographs taken every two minutes is the same as the number of photographs taken by mankind in 1800’s. 2. In the 1820’s, early cameras took hours to take one shot! With annoyingly long exposure times, photographing people was not really possible. Why? You try and hold a convincing smile for a few hours. 3. The moon’s surface is a cold graveyard for 12 Hasselbald cameras. They were taken to the moon during one of the first landings. However, in order to compensate for the weight of carrying back lunar rock samples, those cameras had to be sacrificed. 4. What is the single most effective photo for any woman? The MySpace shot. To take a MySpace picture, place the camera above the head at a very specific angle. Also known as “the angles.” |
